Although we reluctantly leave the summer behind, we love the fall season and all that it brings. We are happy to begin our fall classes on Monday, September 12th. Classes will run through till Thursday, December 22nd. The studio will be closed for the Thanksgiving weekend.
This fall we are excited to add a Slow Flow class, a Yoga Stretch for Men class as well as the return of the Yoga for Better Bones, Restorative and our Hatha yoga classes.
